White Chocolate Chip Cookies

Not nearly as classic as a regular chocolate chip cookie, but just as tasty! I refuse to use macadamia nuts because I feel they take away from the chocolatey-ness. And who doesn’t love a little extra deliciousness in every bite? 🙂

I don’t need extra crunch, I need more chocolate! At least that’s what my taste buds scream whenever I whip up a batch of these cookies.

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. baking soda
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 12-ounce package white chocolate chip pieces

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine butter with brown sugar, granulated sugar and baking soda. Once combined, beat in eggs and vanilla. Stir in flour gradually until batter is of uniform consistency. Stir in white chocolate pieces
  2. Drop roughly a tablespoon of dough onto a cookie sheet (for easy cleanup, line with parchment paper!); arrange approximately two inches apart from one anothersheet
  3. Bake at 375 degrees for approximately 10 minutes or until edges are lightly browned. Transfer to a wire rack and let coolstacks
